A cozy two-bedroom rental gets a top-to-bottom renovation, joining the accessory unit added earlier, funded by MaineHousing's island program with a 45-year affordability covenant.
NHSH completed a full renovation of the two-bedroom house at 212 Main Street this spring. With the accessory dwelling unit added to the property earlier, it is part of the four rentals funded by MaineHousing's Affordable Housing Initiative for Maine Islands, which requires the units to stay affordable for 45 years.
